Sierra Ricci is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a vision to help the community navigate their own personal healthcare needs.

Sierra has a plethora of experience working in hospitals, clinics, and with a multitude of specialties from Cardiology, Oncology, Orthopaedics, Psyche, Medical/Surgical, Emergency Department and has spent a decade working as a Travel Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit. Her experience includes working at World Class Facilities and teaching hospitals such as Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Mount Sinai in Miami Beach, University of Miami Teaching Hospital, a Lee Health Open Heart Intensive Care unit Internship in Fort Myers, Florida, Bayfront Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida and The University of Minnesota Teaching Hospital. She was able to fly with 15 critical care intensivists to Curacao and Aruba during the 2020 Pandemic to assist with Covid-19 preparedness set up.

She is currently working with a cardiologist in Naples, Florida, and is an Oncology-Hospitalist at Lee Health with the Florida Cancer Specialists and Research Institute.

Sierra has seen the need for patients to have a healthcare advocate while they are in the hospital or if they are receiving treatment from many different providers.
